PHILOSOPHY
I believe that people already have within them the knowledge,
inner resources, and life experiences they need to find the
solution or "right way." As a therapist, my role is to affirm, listen
and assist clients in drawing upon what is already intuitively
known. I assist them in tapping into their own innate capabilities
by being respectful, non-judgemental and caring. This allows the
client to be an active participant in the therapeutic process.
